Portable Hole

Portable Hole is a magic item for your D&D table. A black cloth circle that opens into a deep hole wherever it is laid down.

The Portable Hole looks like a folded circle of black cloth. Unfold it on a wall or the floor, and it becomes a real hole, ten feet deep. Fold it up, and the hole and everything inside it goes into a pocket.

The DM can let clever heroes use it to escape a locked room, hide treasure or trap a monster. Like the Bag of Holding, never put one inside the other!
