Gold Dice
A set of gold DnD dice that shine as they turn: polished metal faces, dark numbers and the clink of coins on every landing. Free in your browser, on any phone or computer.
A set from the treasure chest
The first time you open this page, all six dice start out gold: a d4, a d6, a d8, a d10, a d12 and a d20. They roll on a black mirror, so every die shows its reflection under it.
Real metal dice are heavy and loud, and many players keep a gold d20 for the rolls that matter most. These you can throw anywhere, as hard as you like, without denting a table.
Make the set yours
- Choose the colour of the numbers, and whether they are carved or flat, in the settings (the cog).
- Give a die another sound: gold coins, chips, crystal or a soft thud.
- Put a symbol on the top number, like a crown on the d20.
- Change the table: parchment, five felts, Prism Glass, Black Mirror or Frozen Lake.
Gold dice questions
-
Yes. Rolling, changing and keeping your dice is free, with or without an account.
-
The gold set is where new dice start. If you rolled dice here before, your own dice are kept just as you left them.
-
Real metal dice roll farther and land harder, and some players love their weight. Online every number has the same chance, whatever the dice look like.
-
Yes. Throw with your finger; on a small screen the shelf scrolls sideways so every die stays big enough to grab.
-
Yes. They stay on this device, and when you sign in they are kept in your account for every device.
More dice to roll
Now roll for a real adventure
GrowlMaster is D&D for kids and families, ages 6 and up. It runs the whole game at your table: the adventure, the heroes, the monsters, the map and the battles, with the dice you just made.
Growlboard, its soundboard, brings the tavern music, the dragon's roar and the creaking door at the press of a button.
Gorak, GrowlMaster's orc, waits at the gate:
"You roll well, master. Goblin's Cave is ready. Come in."
